I'm trying to play Dolphin online with the latest revision. I'm following this guide:

When I drag the file to the exe I get a popup message saying "Unable toe xtract the certificates!"

Is there anything I can do about this? I did dump my wii NAND years ago to try out the menu in Dolphin, it would take a while to find it since my HDD is a mess, would that help?
UPDATE: Figured it out. Should have looked at the screenshot instead of just reading the description. Had to check "create decrypted contents"
