Multiple wiimotes one works one dosen't

I recently bought 2 not 3rd party wiimotes one white one black. My computer has internal bluetooth and I am using windows 7 86x. The white connected to my computer no problem under the device name RVL-CNT-01 with a keyboard and mouse icon and works great in dolphin. The black device will connect to my computer but it is under the device name RVL-CNT-01-TR with a game controller icon instead of the keyboard and mouse and this wiimote will not work at all in dolphin. I have been researching all night and any help would be much appreciated.
