why is dolphin 3.5 acting like this?

I have dolphin 3.5 the stable version and when i play ssbb its audio glitch city! the audio would play two musics of the same thing sometimes, and when its not that when playing for like 2 minutes my computer makes weird pooping or beeping sounds. im at my wits end!!! ):v
