NEED HELP RUNNING 4.0 AT FULLSPEED ON MAC!

I downloaded Dolphin 4.0 and SSBM, and it runs at about 30 FPS during gameplay but i need it at about 60+! Tried to figure it out but can't https://forums.dolphin-emu.org/images/smilies/sad.gif

Here are my specs!

Processor: 2 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo
Memory: 2 GB 667 MHz DDR2 SDRAM
Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce 9400M 256 MB
Software: OS X 10.9.1
