Mouse Movement: Tilt Stick all the way?

Hello, I am new to these forums, and new to Dolphin. I am not quite sure if I am in the correct subforum, but here's my question:

Currently, I have my c-stick set up to use the mouse's Axes for input (instead of the Cursor option). However, it is currently set up so that if I move my mouse slowly, the "stick" will "tilt" slightly, and if I move my mouse quickly, the "stick" will "tilt" all the way. This leads to the equivalent of mouse acceleration, which I have turned off in all my PC games.

Is there a way that I can set the emulator to make any mouse movement, quick or slow, "tilt" the "stick" all the way, and not partially?

EDIT: I increased my "Range" option for each of the axes to 500, and this helped, but it isn't perfect. One thing that might be causing my issue is that Dolphin does not pick up my minor mouse movements. Is there a way to increase this sensitivity?
