Codes on Dolphin 4.0.2 Not Saving & Don't Work

As the title says. I try to download codes from Gecko, and they don't work. Here's a quick video showing what I mean.

EDIT: Solved my original problem, but now the codes don't even work. I enable them and they just don't function. Can use use .gct files instead?
