Runs once, won't open again until reboot

So, Dolphin runs great on my computer, but for the last few weeks every time I open it for the first time since turning on my desktop, it runs no trouble. But after closing it, it won't open again until after I reboot my computer. I have no idea what the problem is. I tried deleting it and reinstalling, and it didn't help. If I re-download it to a different folder it'll run once from that new folder and then the same thing happens, and if I change it to a different compatibility mode it can run once and then the problem happens AGAIN. Every time I run the program the process shows up in task manager for about ten seconds then it goes away.
