Netplay problems (again)

Hey Guys!
I wanted to play a game with 2 friends and the emulator most of the time hit us with an error saying that theres a NetPlay desync (I dont really know the full error message).
Now is there a way to fix this problem ? we all have the same dump and have the same dolphin version.

GameCube controller rumble is not working

In the controller settings (in windows not in Dolphin) the rumble works fine. But in Dolphin when I select a rumble mode (doesn't matter which one) and hit test, nothing happens.
(Mayflash Adapter) GameCube controller btw.

What can I do?

is there any way to recover saves after uninstalling?

I downloaded the latest apk file, and it was not able to run vulkan, so I tried reverting to a previous version, though the installer would not allow me to do so. I uninstalled dolphin and re-installed a previous version, and now all of my save data is gone....any chance I would be able to get the data back?

I started play mario kart double dash with frames skip on 1, But super mario sunshine laged a lot with frames skip but it was at 30 FPS but the audio was heard fine no slow audio Fine. New super mario bros wii needed frames skip, Ran at 60 fps without major problems it will freeze a bit but it was playable. In mario kart double dash the menus ran at 60 fps when selecting player,etc but when the game started the fps has drop to 30 fps with the game running slow but the audio was fine like 60 fps but when i change the speed to unlimited the audio has gone super fast but the game was the same, then i set the speed to 100. So that's my problem.

Hi! So I recently wanted to play one of my childhood games, being Super Mario Sunshine. The intro screen is a bit laggy, so is the actual game save menu. The cut scenes are fine, but when I spawn into Delfino plaza, I drop to 26-14fps. Any help would be appreciated!

This is troublesome, since it's required for Metroid Prime 3 in particular.

(MacOS)GC adapter not recognized by macOS

As the title says, I have problem getting my mac to recognize my adapter and therefore controller. For the last 8 months I have played without any trouble, but ever since my update to MacOs 10.14 Mojave last week, I have not been able to play with the adapter.

I have tried the steps from the gamecube wiki, but without luck.

Passthrough Inconsistency

I finally wired up a Wii Blutooth adapter to USB so I could use my wiimotes for games. I initially had trouble syncing them but somehow finally got all of them to work. Then it wasn't holding the sync, but for some reason started to.

Now tonight while playing some games I hit the home button and then selected exit to wii menu to see what would happen. Dolphin froze, and when I booted back into another game, all of the wiimote were not synced and refuse to sync again.

Is this a know issue? I know passthrough is still pretty newish.

PC good enough to run Xenoblade Chronicles?

Heya. I was going through some old threads, and found multiple people saying different things regarding whether this level of rig would be able to run the game without audio stuttering or huge fps drops, so I'm posting here to see if someone would be able to tell me how it would go. The main game I'm trying to run is Xenoblade Chronicles.
CPU: AMD A10-9600P 2.4GHz (quad-core)
GPU: (APU) AMD Radeon R5
RAM: 8GB DDR4 2133
OS: Windows 10 x64 LTSB

I've tried, so far, Dolphin version 5.0-8987, and tried many combinations of settings and still get minor FPS drops in the beginning cutscene (which are insignificant mostly), coupled with huge amounts of audio stuttering and crackling. So just wondering if the hardware itself is the issue here.
I've tried Direct3D11, which gives me slightly better audio, but with the inability to see the menu and other selection options, as well as openGL, which gives slightly (only a little bit though) worse audio but with video/FPS being smoother. I've tried HLE and the two LLE options (recompiler and interpreter), as well as running the game with the CPU clock override at 125% as per a suggestion I saw, VSync on and off, Store EFB to Texture only on and off, and all combinations of the above options.

No rumble motors - Dolphin 5.0, Windows 7 x64, PS4 DualShock

Hello!

I recently fixed my desktop computer (running Windows 7 x64), and my old controller worked with rumble (it was an off-brand usb controller, wired, that broke). Since then, I've purchased a PS4 DualShock controller, and connected it to my PC via Bluetooth, using a combo of XBox 360 drivers and DS4Windows. Now, I know that the rumble does in fact work, as I have been playing other games on Steam where the rumble has activated with no issues.

However, when trying to configure the rumble motor in Dolphin, there aren't even any motors listed. I'm not very good with technical stuff, but the controller is listed as DInput/0/Wireless Controller. There's another thing on the dropdown menu, XInput/0/Gamepad, where there ARE motors listed, but that doesn't activate my controller.
All the other controls work, I can play things with no problems, just no rumble. Any ideas on how to fix it?

Bluetooth adapter no longer recognized by windows

I bought a chinese (ugreen brand) bluetooth adapter a couple of months ago to connect my wiimote to the computer and I ran into a problem, dolphin gave me an access error or something, I cant remember very well. I googled that error and go to this page https://wiki.dolphin-emu.org/index.php?title=Bluetooth_Passthrough#.22Failed_to_open_Bluetooth_device:_LIBUSB_ERROR_ACCESS.22

Reading through it I found out that I had to use passthrough mode to make it work, and so I did, it also tells you to download this zadig program and change the driver to libusbK, which I did.

It worked fine, the wiimote synced whenever I opened the game, but the problem is that I cannot use the bluetooth adapter for anything else, windows does not recognize it anymore, its as if its a flash drive and not a bluetooth adapter, I've already tried reversing the driver to winusb through zadig but it doesn't work.

I haven't yet tested it on another computer and I know very little of how zadig works (if it injects something on the adapter itself or if it merely install something on the computer). I tried removing the driver manually through device manager and letting windows find the driver but it also doesn't work. The only way to get it to work is to install the ugreen proprietary driver, but its complete rubbish.

I'd really appreciate if any of you could help me. Thanks in advance.

I am currently using the build 5.0-8987 on my Samsung Galaxy S8+ and I am running Guitar Hero 3 LOG. I was able to connect my wii guitar hero guitar to my phone and that works so I figured I would test it out. I can not get it to work on the emulator (probably was never supposed to work) but I figured I would ask because there might be a small chance someone would know something about this. Any help would be appreciated if not I can look into the coding my self and I will work on it down the road, thanks!

Recycle old SandyBridge CPU for Dolphin?

Hello,
I am new here and do not spend much time with Dolphin, so I need your help.
I would like to build a PC for Dolphin, but have no idea what I need or if I can use my old hardware:
Quad Core Intel Core i5-2400, 3200 MHz
Intel Cougar Point H67, Intel Sandy Bridge
8GB (DDR3-1333 DDR3 SDRAM)
For my PC, I will soon buy a new graphics card and then I could use my current GTX970 for the Dolphin PC.
Should I forget that or am I getting enough performance?

It appears I have accidentally deleted my post, I was just wondering if the guitar hero wii guitar works on the Samsung phones in dolphin emulator. I was asking because it works on the phone itself the same way an Xbox One controller does. If not I can add it myself once I look into the code and share it with you guys down the road when I have time. Thanks!

tiger woods 04 and 05 GC Shadow problems on green

Anyone else hae problems with tiger woods having shadow glitches on the greens. Pretty sure it didnt happen on older builds of dolphin. Maybe there is a setting i can change which fixes the glitch as 05 is marked as perfect in the wiki. Any help guys

Vulkan issue on GPD XD+

Hi, I am running Dolphin build 5.0.8987 on my GPD XD+.

As I experienced rather slow frame speed when running The Legend of Zelda The Wind Waker, I thought the performance could be better if I change the video backend from opengl to vulkan.

However, after I saved the settings and tried to running the game, Dolphin reported "Dolphin emulator stopped working" and asked me to relaunch the application.

Is this a bug or there are some other configurations that I need to to?

the fps reaches 30 / 50%. Last night, dolphin was going well, not now.
- My PC is Core i7 8750H - 6 cores
- nvidia geforce gtx 1060 - 6gb
- 16 ram DDR4
However, dolphin goes slow.

Mario Kart Wii is a little slow, (it was perfectly fine yesterday) and it says that it's "playable" and that i could turn anti-aliasing off to avoid overbloom, what is that and how would I turn it off?
