Trying to run Xenoblade on Dolphin 3.5-367

I have tried many settings to get this game to run at a stable 25 -30 fps and it's always resulted in failure

Here are my specs:
Processor - AMD Athlon™ 64 X2 Dual Core Processor+ at 2.80 GHz
Ram - 8GB
Video Card - ATI Radeon HD 4800 series
Monitor - Sony 3D Display (1080p)

Here are the latest settings I have left Dolphin at :

Getting an upgrade would be the easiest solution but if there's anyone who can help me with this little dilemma for my current specs, that'd be great
