i was messing around with dolphin settings and messed up so i deleted the dolphin emulater file folder in mydocuments to reset everything but i didnt realize that the save data was in there, so the save data that was there is gone now. however, i still have a .sav file where my game is located. is there anyway i can import that .sav file? it seems i can only import .bin files? thanks

Changing Wii game titles not working?
Hello, I'm new here. Just registered today to ask a question.
I'm using 5.0, and I've seen (multiple) online tutorials about how to change the Wii game titles in Dolphin via the "titles.txt" method, but it doesn't seem to work for me, and I don't know why.
I've done everything step by step:
Creating a new text file called "titles" in C:\Users\[USER]\Documents\Dolphin Emulator\Load
Typing in the text file "RZDJ01 = Zelda no Densetsu: Twilight Princess"
Then saving the text file and going back to Dolphin, pressing "Refresh", and nothing happens.

PS3 Controller Won't Work with Dolphin
I have a PS3 controller plugged in through USB. I have the Microsoft Xbox drivers installed. I also have SCP installed (nefarious). It works in everything else besides Dolphin (NBA 2k17, Madden 08, Overwatch, etc.). I have the newest Dolphin (5.0) but when I go to configure the controller, I only have two options, Xinput/0/Gamepad or DInput/0/Keyboard Mouse. I have tried other versions of Dolphin as well as putting the XInput1_3.dll in the Dolphin folder.
I have been browsing the forums for the past 2-3 hours trying to figure this out. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Some questions about "fixup_bundle"
Hi everyone,
Last night I decided to start tinkering with the Dolphin source code on macOS, and I thought a natural first step would be to compile the current source. Following the instructions, everything appeared to be going well. All targets had finished compiling, the main binary was linked successfully, and the make process moved on to the "Fixing up the application bundle" phase. Then in an instant, everything came crashing to a halt, and my dreams and aspirations were crushed.
Well ok, maybe not that last part. But seriously, the following CMake error occurred at DolphinPostprocessBundle.cmake:40:
As someone who has never bothered with cross-platform build-systems like CMake literally until installing CMake yesterday specifically to build Dolphin, I didn't really know what to do and googling it brought nothing useful to my attention. So - of course - I opened the offending CMake file in a text editor and commented out the line that mentioned "fixup_bundle", then rebuilt the project. And lo and behold, it worked(™)! (meaning I was able to launch the app bundle and menus worked. Haven't tested a game)
Which brings me to my questions, then: what exactly does fixup_bundle do; why does it not work on my machine; why would commenting out a line that refers to it not break things spectacularly; or, if that in fact does break things spectacularly, what things does it break and how spectacularly does it break them? (I suppose the last two questions are redundant to the first one, but whatever)
As another bit of info, last night I actually initially built the project on a 2012 non-retina MacBook Pro running an early beta of Sierra and got this error, but thought it could have been related to the beta OS. I then switched to Zachintosh (the name of my hackintosh, obviously) and was able to reproduce the exact same behaviour on the latest non-beta version of Sierra.

No sound in game
I'm just setting up dolphin on my new computer, so far all I have is gc twilight princess, but whenever I try to play the game it has no sound. I have reason to believe it is the client because I've checked the volume is turned on, tested all the audio settings amongst some other things like fullscreen and windowed, but it will play if I restart my computer and start the game immediately, however I've only tried to play after a restart once (tested twice), my game crashed within a minute and there was no sound next star, but it didn't seem to have any problems running. I'm not sure what on my computer could be interfering with dolphin, that would be odd, I haven't had any sound output problems, besides by the time dolphin can actually launch a game my computer is practically done loading everything after the restart.

Button 1 + Shake Wii controler
I have problem with New Super Mario Brothers Wii. That moment when you need to grap toad or barel or POW block, It says to press button 1 and shake controler. I've prest Button 1 and "shake" controler but mario just spin jump... any ideas how to fix this?

Bug/Crash reports
Hey there would like to post some problems found in Mulptiplayer meanwhile playing at 4 Players via Neplay for Dolphin 5.0 (we now use 4.0 because these problems arent that extremly there):
[Even as only 2 Players those problems come..]
Super Smash bros. Melee:
Extremly unstable connection to each other. Very laggy and buggy Maps selection where some Maps arent selectable 'cause theyre just blank. Sometimes kinda like we activated Slowmo but .. we didnt yeah, very weird.
Super Mario Party 4/6/7:
Same as Melee: Extremly unstable connection. Much more worse lags and crashes, without the memory card option we couldnt play this game until everything got completly fixed. Slowmotion and freezes very often.
We tried everything, connecting through other hosts etc, we tried around in the graphic options etc but nothing helps. And it is kinda weird if someone have a high ping that everyone gets the same ping.
But those are only things found in Multiplayer. In Singleplayer everything runs fine at 30 FPS+.
Would like to know if theres a way to make a connection better or if there are coming fixes for Hosting a server. NetPlay feels weird. (Hamachi support is highly appreciated)

I was wondering if anyone could tell me whether this Bluetooth card plays nice with Dolphin, and whether you can use the passthrough feature with it.
If no, can anyone suggest an adapter that does? I tried looking for the green ones on the Wiki, and nobody seems to sell them anymore.

I'm currently looking for a new gaming laptop, and plan on possibly delving into Wii/GC emulation if I buy a powerful enough computer. Currently, I'm looking at two different laptops to possibly purchase; both seem to be powerful enough, but I'm not sure which one is better:

Using a VPS to host Netplay instead of home connection?
My friends and I like to play SSBM on netplay together, and it's fine when we have 2 people playing. But when we get 3-4 people, it gets incredibly laggy because none of our home connections are strong enough to support 3-4 players at once. We've tried messing around with the buffering but its either too laggy or it has too much input delay.
Is it possible to select "Direct Connection" (instead of "Traversal Server") and plug in the IP and port of a VPS? That way, we can all connect to the VPS (which will be stronger than our home connections) and have it host on there, instead of one of our PCs.
Let me know if this is possible. Not quite sure how hosting works, but if it's possible we might invest in a VPS to host our games from now on. Just wanted to know if the idea is plausible before blindly wasting money on a VPS.
Or, if there are other ways to get the least lag / input delay, please let me know.

Triiforce Branch on Nvidia shield tv for Mariokart Arcade GP/2

portal of power not detected on skylanders swap force

I'm using dolphin 5.0, and passed zadig to install WinUSB driver. I've tried changing the usb port and other versions of dolphin but still no luck.
My portal is from the xbox360 version, my pc it's win10.

A strange request for help
Currently trying to read Reinventing Comics by Scott McCloud.
Reached a chapter where it briefly talks about comics history during 90s, and stumbled with a part that I'm simply not being able to fully understand very well. I know it's a relatively unknown book so I could post just a screenshot to give context (hope I'd not be breaking any rules...), but... the edition I have is in Spanish...
So question is, is there by chance anyone knowledgable in Spanish language and western comics in general? Or anyone who happened to have English version of the book?

2 different copies of the same game - diffent save files? (Need help, Wind Waker bug)
I had a copy of The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker, played some of it. Then I recieved a photocamera and after trying it, the game crashed with an error: "Invalid write to 0x01234567, PC = 0x80006d64", so I obviously couldn't make any photos. I got the other copy for the same game, but after loading it I realised it dodn't see the save of the first copy!
I've cheated the photocamera on the new save, and it works well with it, I can take pictures now. But I've played through a lot of missions in my first walkthrough I don't wanna start all over. How do I transfer the save data from one copy to another, or make the emulator see it? Or aybe I can just fix the error somehow?

To the many developer working on Android dolphin emulator.
I am requesting you to help work on the emulator running more graphically intense games such as Wind Waker and Twilight Princess to run at a higher frame rate. Both Pikmin games run perfectly on my device S7 Edge. I do know some if this problem is due to my hardware but I do believe that it is truly possible to get other games running more smoothly by some means in emulation program it self. I'm talking about less powerful devices the ability to take advantage of this great emulator. Maybe by using more cores in the cpu and tax more on the ram most modern devices have 4 gigs of ram at least these days. I also can run few other games just fine so I know its possible. Please take the time to make this even better for us non nividea shield owners.

Dolphin crashes when going to wii tab

First of all, thanks to the community for developpement and support!
Here's my problem: Dolphin crashes as soon as i select the wii tab (to play a wii game). Same for the "folder" tab.
No problem with 5.0-3156, but the few newers versions that i have tested (maybe some versions near -3156 are still ok) have the problem.
Does anybody have this issue? I am playing on Shield TV.

Custom Textures Issue
Hi, I'm new to this kind of work and I wanted so start with a simple enough game so I chose SM64.
I'm already stuck with a problem, some custom textures don't load even though I replaced the correct files.
I don't know what's causing this issue, can someone please explain to me or point me in the right direction.
