Trying to get Wiimmfi to work, having problems..

Hey guys!
I've been trying to get Wiimmfi to work on my PC recently.
So I took a look at this tutorial (https://www.reddit.com/r/DolphinEmulator/comments/4cs80w/mkwii_on_pc_with_dolphin_emulator/),
and tried to get Wiimmfi to work.
I followed all the steps perfectly, I set up the .iso files to be "fixed" for wiimmfi, and I set up everything.
Now, obviously, as I tried to get onto wiimmfi, the "23918" error code pops up, which means I'm banned by default because I'm using Dolphin.
So I got the Wiimmfi unbanner via the official links (https://www.dropbox.com/s/pagcu7bfmtjce5z/Wiimmfi%20Unbanner.exe), set it up, and ran it. This is where I had the problem.
Whenever I go into my "My Documents" folder and drag the "Dolphin Emulator" folder into the CMD popup, it spits out a message for s aplit second and turns off. This is the message that it turns up.
Note, I took the screenshot almost immediately as I pressed "Enter" after dragging the folder, since it would turn off immediately.

I tried asking on the Reddit Dolphin sub, but it's very inactive and I only got one reply asking me is I turned off Dolphin before I turned on the Unbanner, which I did.

So here are the things I did to try and fix it/get it to work:

-Deleted and re-installed Dolphin on multiple versions, including the newest versions and version 4.0.1 because I heard somewhere that that would fix it.
-Deleted the "Dolphin Emulator" folder from the "My Documents" folder and re-installed Dolphin
-Checked in another folder (As my Dolphin was installed to my :E disc and the folder in the documents was in :C). the Dolphin Emulator folder was not there.
-Re-installed the Unbanner from multiple sources (All of which has the same link, but whatever.)
-Re-installed the .iso file for MKWii
-Installed the Ishiiruka build of Dolphin [https://forums.dolphin-emu.org/Thread-unofficial-ishiiruka-dolphin-custom-version] (which was supposedly better working with MKWii online)
-Tried it on different profiles (In MKWii)

I stumbled upon the "UnBanMii" thing that /u/RachelB made on this site (https://forums.dolphin-emu.org/Thread-is-dolphin-banned-for-wiimmfi-servers?pid=331030#pid331030), I have no idea how it works and there is no ".exe" file that they're talking about. Just a bunch of files like "UnBanMii.sdf", "UnBanMii.sln", and "UnBanMii.v12.suo" that there is no explanation of ANYWHERE on how to run. I heard that this program was better than the Unbanner, but I have no idea how you're supposed to run it.


Can someone PLEASE either:
-Tell me how to fix the Wiimmfi Unbanner
or
-Post detailed explanations on how to run the UnBanMii program by RachelB? (NOT the Wiimmfi Unbanner, I already know how to run that, it's just that it won't work.)

I've been trying to get this to work for over 4 days, and still no progress from when I first tried the Unbanners.

Mario kart Wii slow on android

Every time I try to play Mario kart Wii on an android device it runs extremely slow. I've tried a Samsung galaxy s8 snapdragon and a ASUS ZenPad 3s 10 z500m and they both run painfully slow. Is there a fix for this or is this how the game runs on all android devices?

Shield TV games won't start using real wii remote and dolphin bar.

I have an issue with the Shield TV and the Dolphin emulator. Tried the newest version (5.0-8296), but the issue is still there. The games loads fine if the controller is set to emulated. The two games I tired were wii sports and Mario Galaxy.

If it's set to a Real Wii remote the game will crash back to dolphin the moment the controller is on and buzzes.

It will ask if you want to allow dolphin to use the USB device. If you select yes it will die after that. if you tell it to always remember then wii sports will never start with the real wii remote connected.

The moment you select wii Sports the controller buzzes and it throws you back to the main dolphin screen.

I've also updated the firmware of the dolphin bar with no change.

[Paper Mario TTYD] Memory Card isn't original

I started playing this game yesterday, and just got past Chapter 3. I'm starting to get annoyed though, because I can't actually use the in-game save blocks anymore. I can hit them just fine, but if I try to save, then it says it can't save because the memory card isn't the one the save file was created on, which obviously I didn't touch any of th0ose settings between when it did work (until about the end of chapter 1), and then when it stopped (about the entrance to boggly tree in chapter 2). I've been using save states for the most part up until I'm where I am now (after chapter 3, before chapter 4), but I keep forgetting to and the game occasionally crashes, setting me back a while. Is there any way to fix this, or even force a full resave over the entire thing?

Super Paper Mario crash.

Hello, i finally fixed the error about the Memory Card, but now, i tried to play Super Paper Mario, and in the castle cutscene the game just crash (And makes the sound of a original Wii crash)q, the dolphin doesn´t.
How i fix this?.

Latest dolphin and reshade!!!!

Hello, I  am trying to use the latest reshade with the latest dolphin but for some reason it doesn't work.

if I install newest reshade with and old version of dolphin 5.0-6865 then it works fine.
it also worked with a bit newer than this one but still old compare to the latest.

I hope anyone can help me with this!!    reshade install fine but doesn't show up in latest emulator.

i thought was because to fire up reshade keys are shift+f2 and maybe that was conflicting with emulator but that's not it.

when it works in the old one it auto shows that its been loaded while in the newest 5.0-82..   it just doesn't even load.

Any help will be appreciated!

Hi, I was going to buy a ASUS TUF FX504 gaming laptop and Its specs are:
Intel Core i5-8300H, Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050 ti, 8gb ram

I wanted to use the gaming laptop running on Dolphin 3.5. will it preform fast enough?

SSX: On Tour Error While Loading

Playing SSX: On Tour and while navigating the windows works just fine, whenever I select an event and it begins loading, it'll either load all the way through, then crash at the beginning of the level, or it will crash during the loading screen.

An error message will display:

When I click yes, the error message pops up again.
When I click 'Ignore for this session' the error message goes away, the game freezes and Dolphin closes.
When I click no, the error message goes away, the game freezes and Dolphin closes.


I searched the internet looking for this error, but the only thing I found was a lighting effect causing the issue in Lego Indiana Jones with no fixes. That can be found Here.
Has anyone seen this error before and if you have, what can I fiddle with to fix the problem? I just want some nostalgia and this mystery issue is stopping that. Any help is appreciated.

Edit: Thought it would be smart to add my specs.
Hope this eliminates some pointless questions:

Operating System: Windows x64
Processor/CPU: Intel® Core™ i7-67HQ CPU @ 2.60GHz 2.60GHz
Video Card/GPU: NVIDIA GTX960M
Memory/RAM: MSI Installed Ram:16GB
Dolphin Revision Currently Using: 5.0-8299 x64

IPCEvent

Hello people,
Bluetooth Passthrough gives me IPCEvent warning as in the screenshot on all Wii games for Dolphin builds 8296, 8253, 8221 and 8138.
After that, the game either crashes or stays on black screen. I had to roll-back to build 7982 to get passthrough work again.
My system is Windows 10 1803 with Intel Wireless AC-8260 and UsbDk driver.

I haven't used passthrough for about a month. Yesterday I returned from vacation and Windows happily installed the whole batch of June updates plus the Intel network drivers 20.50.1.1
I reverted Intel drivers to the previous version and uninstalled/reinstalled the UsbDk drivers, but same error.

The latest Dolphin build with passthrough working for me is 7982. Unfortunately, I cannot confirm if later builds were fine before the Windows updates of June, and I don't have debug tools to trace the error.

GBA Support for Animal Crossing

So I started playing Animal Crossing because it emulates really smoothly, and I was wondering about GBA integration.

If you plug a GBA into the third controller port, a boat will appear at the dock and you can go to an island. If I assign Controller Port 3 to GBA in Dolphin, Animal Crossing does not recognize it. Is there anything I can do, or is it not implemented into Dolphin yet?

Hi, this is my first post, i thought i'd stick my overly large nose in here and see who i could upset....

Firstly, very impressed with Dolphin, which i use for GC emulation, as i found the Wii a bit, meh. I run several emulators, using the 'Fin for Tiger Woods 04 and LOTR ROTK.
I've had my toe in the emu scene since nesticle and genecyst, with the high point being zsnes 151 (Secret of Mana for the mofo win!) and MAME, as some arcade games
never got converted over properly, MR Do! Jackal, Track and Field, Salamander, Shinobi, Narc, blah blah, blah blah, etc etc.

Anyway, main point....

I see in the forums that certain games MUST be addressed immediately, so get on with it.... AND, when is Switch emulation being put in? (Sarcasm!) Most games being asked for
are from the brain of Shigi, where he puts in some amazing programming sub routine that shouldn't work, does, and, because most emulators can't reproduce some of the weird
side effects that occur when you strap this bit of hardware with that sound processor and that graphics chip... I presume there isn't much difference between GC and Wii hardware
or we would see performance issues above minor glitch gripes.

In an ideal world, Nintendo would have approached you to heavily fund this adventure, as it would mean more revenue from old games. No danger of that though! They expect their
pound of flesh!

back on point, i use my emulation as a hobby, so i can play the odd game i loved on my old chunky fudge C64, or Lords of the Rising Sun on Amiga (or any cinemaware title)
I built my current PC for less than £100, but do you know what i have learnt? My reflexes are shot to bits! I play for 10 minutes and get the hump, RAGE QUIT!

still, makes the missus laugh!

GameCube Controller

I have an adapter for my controller to plug into my phone; I can press A on the controller to open apps but it is unresponsive when I try to use it on any game in dolphin. It's a usb controller and I have a usb to usb-c converter for my s9. I use the GameCube adapter option rather than emulation and it still doesn't work. Is it even possible to play with a controller on dolphin android?

Dolphin issue in 144hz

My apologies if this is the incorrect place to post this, or if this has already been addressed.

I want to preface this by saying that I’m not trying to get games to run in 144hz, however, when running games on Dolphin with the refresh rate set to 144hz, camera scrolling is noticeably choppier than having the refresh rate set to 60hz. If anyone wants an easy example of what I’m talking about, try running Sonic on a Genesis emulator (not Dolphin) at 144hz, then at 60hz, and you will see how much copier the scrolling is in 144hz. Dolphin does not have this issue as bad as other emulators, but it is still noticeable. I think adding a setting to force monitor refresh rate to 60hz when launching a game, then returning to 144hz when closed, (like some frame-locked PC games do) should be added, so people don’t have to manually change the refresh rate every time they launch Dolphin.

I tried to use an xbox one s controller for gamecube games but when I try to map the left and right control sticks and the L R triggers it gives me axis32+ or something like that. Are they any recommendations for controllers I could use instead? I'm using asus zenpad 3s 10 tablet

Bluetooth Passthrough Error

Hey guys went to play a wii game using passthrough tonight and noticed the same error.

'A "IPCEvent" event was scheduled from the wrong thread (non-CPU)'

Running
Windows 10
Version 10.0.17134 Build 17134

on Dolphin 5.0-8307

Verified my BT has the correct driver installed as per instruction.

Had no issues before.

Angry Hi my name is aymane and i have a problem with dolphin when I enter the emulator I get a square and It close the capture is here I think it is a problem of the directories I tried to uninstall the program and reinstall but it did not work and It kept giving the same error I investigate on internet and nothing There was not a problem related I hope you help me please because I love this emulator and please tell me fast aymane Huh  Exclamation  Exclamation  Exclamation

Hi guys,

I was wondering if someone could help me, I've been trying to get Dolphin Gold that I got off the Google Play store this morning to work but I've hit some issues. The buttons on the screen are all in the top corner, and I've played around with the app itself and can't get them to be in a normal position. I am running a Samsung Galaxy S7 on 7.0

Any help would be greatly appericated.. I'm dying to play nfs Underground 2 on my phone Tongue
