Nintendo Switch Pro Controller is going nuts

So I finally got a Pro Controller, I've been using it for some games on Steam no problem, but when I try to get it set up with Dolphin, this happens:

[Image: SpecificSilentKusimanse-size_restricted.gif]

Strangely, the same thing happened to my brother when he tried to use his Pro Controller with VisualBoyAdvance. It was a different controller on a different computer, too.

I'm on Windows 10, and my controller is connected via USB.

Netplay Start is Greyed Out

When I first started playing Mario Party 6 w/ the bois I was able to start it up. At first I started it up to make sure our game was able to start up but afterwards I wasn't able to press start as it was greyed out. I tried restarting Netplay but it didn't work. My other friends were able to host but not I. Later on I tried doing another game and it was still greyed out wtf. SO I don't know what to do.

Sonic Robo Blast 2 Wii port homebrew wrongly 50hz and not saving progress.

I managed to get SRB2Wii running on Dolphin with SRB2 2.0.6 only to find some oddities like music being slowed down at lower pitch than normal and it running at 50VPS/50FPS.
Enabling PAL60 makes it run at 60fps when no change to the audio conditions.
Runs perfectly fine visually and otherwise fairly stable.

Another issue is that it seems to fail to save my act clearing progress at all. (I made it all the way to the 3rd area,Deep Sea Zone in order to test lag+cpu clock override and it removes the lag awesomely)

Is there an issue with sd.raw not allowing writing to it via Dolphin?

How I got SRB2 running; I added Homebrew Channel (open source edition) by creating a custom sd.raw as instructed by a guide in a wiki page and copied all of the files into it (like the knux.plr file for example) and a parallel set of the files into my game directory as well to prevent issues.

My goal is to get this to run on Android via my Shield TV since there is no proper port released of the Sonic fan-made game as of yet and the PSP emulation method has really unstable frame-rates and is in general very unstable to the point it often crashes on boot or requires save-state loading in order to run properly.
Dolphin runs this game loads better and has a resolution advantage, even at 640x480 compared to the PSP port's pitiful resolution.

I feel this is not something to post into the issue tracker since it takes so much explanation to get the game running in order for anyone to debug why its running oddly in the audio plus at PAL speeds and not saving progress of beaten zones.
Let me know if I should add this on the issue tracker with more direct details.

1. Acquire SRB2Wii 2.0.0rc4.tar.bz2 and extract its folders into your games directory then acquire SRB2 v2.0.6 and extract the following contents and place them into the outer srb2wii folder;

drill.dta
knux.plr
music.dta
rings.wpn
soar.dta
sonic.plr
srb2.srb (or srb2.wad)
zones.dta
tails.plr
base_config.cfg
wminput.conf

3. Use mksdcard batch to Create an sd.raw of 256MB then install ImDisk and right click that sd.raw to mount it and select the removable
storage checkbox so stuff will save when unmounting it.

4. Copy all of the folders (should be Apps,bootmii,srb2wii and files srb2wii.dol and srb2wii.elf into that virtual sd.raw directory then unmount when done.

5. Set your sdcard directory in Dolphin on the Paths tab in Config then check "insert sd card" on the Wii tab.

6. Find and place The Homebrew Channel (open source edition is what I used) into your game folder and install it via Dolphin. (I double clicked it in the list and it installed it for me)

7. Run Homebrew Channel directly and it should list SRB2Wii and be able to launch it successfully.

8. The game should then run fairly well aside from the issues i mentioned at the start.

Afraid to post links at all even though both are freeware and its homebrew, someone can give me clearance and I can link the thread for it and the other freeware stuff if allowed.

Dump Wii on Wii U virtual console

Is there a known way to dump and extract Wii ROMs from Wii U virtual console. (e.g. Xenoblade Chronicles)
I attempted to dump it with DDD, but from what I can tell, it hands control over to the vWii before loading the game itself, so DDD can't reach it.

FM v5.9 Beta controller issues

When I use my mayflash adapter with dolphin, it was registers the mouse as the control stick of the Gamecube controller. When I try other versions of Dolphin (4.0-7840) it has the same issue. When I delete the axis bindings from my mouse input, it deletes them on the Gamecube controller input as well. Somehow they are synced up together and I have no clue what it going on. I have uninstalled the mayflash driver multiple times, but it still will not yield any results. Not sure what is happening but any help would be great, thanks.

Nvidia Sheild fails to run any Wii Games with dolphin bar

My NVIDIA Shield [Oreo] always fails to run any game on dolphin as long as I use Dolphin bar with real wii remote
Following are the spec of the system

Dolphin Emu 5.0-8490 downloaded directly from doplhin-emu website
Nvidia Sheild TV Pro -- Version 7.0.2 (29.10.175.21)
MAYFLASH Dolphin bar with two switch in the back which comes with frimware version V.09

WiiMote+Nunchuk+MotionPlus [all Nintento Original] connected with different combination

I set up as follows :

Connecting the Dolphin bar to Nvidia Shield accepting forever to be used as USB,
Then setting as real wii Remot and disabling the rest three wii motes
Putting Dolpinbar into mode 4 and press the Sync on doplhin bar and at the same time pressing wii-mote sync
Assigning [wii mote vibrates] to Wii remote 1 to the wii mote.
Opening a game [Tried Wii Sport,Mario Kart] and the system quits after showing the splash screen,
Even refreshing he Wii mote during the game makes the game to quit immediately without providing any error message.
The dolphin log file is blank and this problem repeats every time when I try to run an application.

Please note that I have checked the Wii remote continuous scanning but this problem always shows up!!
I would like know what is the issue and on android I have done a couple of time fresh install of dolphin and still I can not run a single content :-(

In which folders in android the Dolphin emulator put traces [I mean install its files and change the system settings] since I only delete the dolphin folder and clean install again but the dolphin have already stored the information somewhere .
I even have tried to use clear game settings for each title but it did not solve the issue.

How can I read the log about this issue!? where the error logs are stored.

Thanks Huh

Emulator won't detect saves

Angry

I have lost count of how many tutorials I looked up for making virtual SD cards, how to use GCMM, and importing GCI saves. I was able to create a working memory card, but now the thing doesn't detect any GCI saves when I select the Import action

Just when I think I figured this out; a roadblock happens. I must have spent atleast 3 days trying to get this shit to work.

Eventually my patience wore thin so I had to make this thread so I can try to figure out a way to make sure the GCI save works correctly. It wouldn't even detect the Smash Melee gci save

Help would be much appreciated. I even had to think that I had to convert GCI files to raw...so what do I do here?

[Baldur's Gate: Dark Alliance][GC] Low FPS

Having some trouble with emulating Baldur's Gate: Dark Alliance. According to the wiki it runs flawlessly, but the moment I move into the basement in the Elfsong Tavern my framerate drops from 60 down to 30 if I'm running above native resolution, 45-48 if I'm at native. And this game seemingly has no frameskipping(likely because it runs flawlessly on original hardware across all platforms), so even these relatively minor drops reduce speed significantly and make the game unplayable, at least by my standards. Anyone got any ideas to get this running correctly?

Can't run any Dolphin Development Versions (5.0-8005, 5.0-8494)

So, I recently decided to try the development versions (5.0-8005, 5.0-8494 etc). However whenever I tried to launch any game (GC or Wii) the entire client would just crash.
When I try to run any Wii game (Super Mario Bros as an example) I get this specific error: https://imgur.com/a/h7ZDTlb

I did install the C++ Visual Studio 2017 file directly from the Dolphin Website and installed it.

Dolphin 5.0 works absolutely fine with all games.

My settings for Dolphin 5.0-8494: https://imgur.com/a/Oz3SNQE

Thanks for your help, keep up the great work.

[Suggestion] Controller settings for each Wii game.

Just a suggestion, but I noticed that if I click and hold on a game I see options I can change for that game. I think it would be great to add another menu item to change the controls for each game for us gamers that prefer to use an emulated gamepad. I'm on a Nvidia Shield TV and changing it constantly can be a pain when switching to a different game.

How do I change the frame dump bitrate for 5.0-8494?

I'm on Windows 10, I looked in \Documents\Dolphin Emulator\Config\GFX.ini for BitrateKbps but that option wasn't there

is this pc is good enough to run dolphin?

Dolphin doesn't use the INI settings you setup per game.

I'm using the Nvidia Shield TV to run dolphin and found a bug within.

If you highlight a iso and hold the "A" button a menu pops up to allow you to change the settings for that specific game. Any changes you set doesn't effect anything, but the settings do save. My guess is that dolphin isn't using the INI file for that specific game upon loading it.

I would also suggest to add "Custom controls" as another menu option per game as well, because we are limited to the amount of buttons on an emulated gamepad (Example: Nvidia Shield Gamepad, Xbox One S, PS4 gamepad, etc)

[Suggestion] Android TV channel banner customization per game.

I noticed the default channel banners tend to look stretched and blurred due to the size of the picture. It makes my home screen look a bit messy.. I would suggest to add a feature for us to customize our own banner per game so our home screens look slick. What's your thoughts?
